Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Guidelines @ Elevra Tech Pvt. Ltd.
At Elevra Tech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, inclusive, and professional workplace for all employees. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of sexual harassment and strive to ensure that every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
Our POSH framework is gender-neutral, and all complaints or concerns are handled fairly, confidentially, and without bias.
In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Elevra Tech Pvt. Ltd. has constituted an Internal Committee (IC) to address complaints relating to workplace sexual harassment. The Committee includes an External Committee Member from Silver Oak Health to ensure an independent, transparent, and impartial grievance redressal process.
We encourage all employees to report any concerns without fear of retaliation. Every complaint is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is investigated promptly, professionally, and fairly.
